Saint Kentigern College played the final of the NZSS Lotto Premier Tournament in Taupo on Friday against their old rivals Mt Albert Grammar School, who had previously won the championship many times. In what proved to be an amazing evening of sport for Saint Kentigern on Wednesday, the first major win of the evening came from the Girls Football 1st XI team. In a first for the team, having already topped the College Sport Auckland season, they put in a stellar performance to beat Baradene 3-0 to win the Auckland Provincial Championships.
